Now shipping in North America

After a longer than usual delay I'm happy to announce that the 2nd edition is now shipping in the Americas as well. Springer's distribution center in New York is now stocked and is ready to take your online or phone order (don't let the online store confuse you, the book really is shipping now). Within the next days and weeks we can also expect book stores like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc. to carry the title. Of course, if you decide to attend my upcoming Camp5 training, you won't have to do anything to get the book delivered to your house.
